Industrial Iron Works Inc started in 2000 with a simple idea: show up, do good work, and treat people right. Back then, we were handling handyman calls for homeowners across the local area. Word spread fast, and the phone kept ringing.

As the years went on, those small jobs grew into full home repairs and room additions. We learned the trade from the ground up, one project at a time. That hands-on experience built a foundation that no classroom could replicate.

From home repairs, we moved into building spec houses. That work sharpened our skills in concrete, framing, roofing, and site prep. It also showed us we could manage a project from raw land to finished structure.

Today, we handle a wide range of work for homeowners, property owners, and commercial clients. Our services include concrete slabs and driveways, new construction, demolition, building repairs and maintenance, metal and shingle roofing, metal buildings, and land clearing and dirt work. If it involves building, repairing, or clearing, we have done it.
